How long is my membership valid?

Membership is valid for one year from the date you sign up.

How will I know when to renew?

You'll receive a letter and/or an email one month before your membership expires. This will step you through renewing - including how to renew online. Members who renew before their expiry date will receive a 10% discount on their annual dues.

How do I prove I'm a member?

When purchasing tickets online, start by logging in using the same email you purchased your membership with. All member pricing will then automatically be available to you.

When purchasing tickets in person or over the phone, our system will alert the staff that you're a current member, so they can get you the right tickets.
