COVID Safety

All our events will be held in strict adherence to the current safety regulations. Due to the changing nature of the pandemic, these requirements may fluctuate from one attendance to the next.

What we ask of you

  • Sanitise your hands on entry
  • Carry a face mask for times when social distancing isn’t possible
  • Maintain social distance when queuing or using common areas such as bathrooms and the foyer/ gallery
  • For licensed events, pre-order your drinks for collection on arrival or at interval.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the show’s advertised start time to ensure we have time to seat all patrons safely
  • DO NOT attend if you are unwell – even with the mildest symptoms
  • Follow any directions given by the event’s COVID Marshall
  • Proof of vaccination is no longer required to enter the venue
  • Check in is no longer required to enter the venue

We will send an email to all ticket holders shortly before the show to remind them of current restrictions.

What we are doing

  • All staff and performers must be fully vaccinated (or medically exempt
  • Monitoring our capacity in line with state government guidelines
  • Sanitising high touch areas between sessions in addition to thorough daily cleaning
  • Providing hand sanitiser in addition to bathroom hand washing facilities
  • Automatically including any necessary social distancing seats between groups when you purchase tickets online, so you can select your seats confident that you are compliant with current safety standards (we will update the number of seats in accordance with current requirements)
  • Our staff members will provide any COVID safe directions at an event. Feel free to go to them with questions or concerns


Food and Drink

There may be restrictions on events where food and drink would be served. This could include things such as staggered access to the bar, pre packaged options, and a reduced range.  We encourage you to pre-purchase refreshments to reduce crowding. We thank you for your understanding.


The Box Office is open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and one hour before performances begin. We strongly encourage all our patrons to pre-purchase tickets online or over the phone (03 5522 2263) to reduce crowding on the night. We will offer full refunds on all pre-purchased tickets if you are unable to attend for any reason.

We are required to collect contact information for all attendees, and will not be able to offer fast sales at the door. Booking in advance will save a lot of time and congestion at the event.
